OnCall 25/8 offers maintenance agreements for clients that regularly need our services. Our maintenance agreements cover:
• Troubleshoot outages and performance issues and provide routine/diagnostic services
• Evaluate software and hardware combinations to improve desktop, server and network functionality and user productivity
• Perform a needs analysis and assessment regarding existing configurations and assist in planning upgrades
• Provide pricing and vendor information so users can effectively obtain appropriate hardware and software
• Install, configure, and maintain the operating system, virus protection, security patches, and supported software for desktops and/or servers including standard desktop accessories (printer, scanner, hand-held device, etc). Specialized software applications are evaluated and supported on a case-by-case basis
• Maintain accounts, group memberships, and access privileges in support of user activities
